Following are the USUAL TERMS and Conditions on which work : 

1. Responsibility we undertake :

The pricing can be either fixed or indexed to the prices quoted on LME / COMEX (agreed formula based on the spot price on the date of shipment).

2. Our Remuneration :

Our remuneration (commission) which includes all the cost incurred by us for doing all that listed under what we do is $15 per tonne for non-ferrous metals and $10 for plastics which is payable upon completion of sale/purchase done through us. Usually the remuneration payable to us is paid by our overseas clients quarterly.

3.  Exclusivity :

Commission/Remuneration is payable for  period of min. one year at least for all the sales/purchases made to/from the buyers/sellers introduced by us.
